"Navajo Lighting"
In March 2022, I received an order to create a logo for a future company "Navajo Lighting" which will create lighting equipment for concerts and audio-visual performances.
I received references from the client, on the basis of which I created a next mood board for further work. The mood board presented existing logos of companies in the field of lighting equipment and inspirations:
The next step was to create sketches of ideas, including the main client requirements like simplicity and clarity of the logo.
The symbol of a light bulb was taken as the basis of the sign, then I sketched out several ideas with the play of light and shadow to focus on the main idea of lighting.
Based on a conversations with the client, several options were selected which I began to implement vector graphics. For the first option, I created a circular structure with uniform proportions of the sign. Next, I started creating the effect of volume and light.

For the second option, the client asked to implement "freehand style" logo based on the above requirements and sketches. Ver. 2 was also done in vector graphics.

After the options were presented, it was decided to use Ver 1. as the final logo for the company. As the client said: "...I'm in love with this pure and simple form. I feel like it's perfect for me."
